You can access your summary copy Form W-3/1096 from your account anytime. You are not required to file the summary copy if you are e-filing; however, you can still download the form for your records.
Here's how to download Form W-3/1096:
- Sign in to your ExpressEfile account.
- Navigate to Dashboard >> Form W2/1099-MISC/1099-NEC
- From the left menu, select E-Filed
- Click the Download Form W-3 button for W-2 and Download Form 1096 for 1099-NEC/MISC.
Your form will be downloaded in the standard PDF format.
