Recipient copies of Form 1099-MISC must be received by the recipient no later than January 31st in either paper or digital form following the reference year.
Note: If the due date falls on a weekend or a federal holiday, the recipient copy should be furnished the next business day.

Even if you haven't opted for the postal mailing add-on, you can download the form from the Dashboard and issue it manually or simply email the form directly to the recipient from the Dashboard.
