Employers should send Copies B, C, and 2 of Form W2 to employees by January 31st.
If you e-file Form W-2 through ExpressEfile, you will have an option to let ExpressEfile send the employee copies by postal mail on your behalf. Even if you haven't opted for the postal mailing option, you can still download the copy of the form and furnish it manually or simply email the employee copy.
