  • Form 941-PR (if your business operates in Puerto Rica)
  • Form 941-SS (if your business operates in American Samoa, Guam, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands)
  • Form 940 (if the IRS informed you to file tax returns annually)
