Yes, you can claim advance tax credit using Form 7200 for 2021. Form 7200 can be filed to request an advance payment for qualified sick and family leave wages till April 30, 2021. Likewise, employee retention credits can be claimed by filing Form 7200 through August 2, 2021.
Please note that Form 7200 cannot be filed for other quarters of 2021 if the credit for qualified sick and family leave wages is not extended to acquire leave after March 31, 2021. Likewise, Form 7200 cannot be filed after Quarter 2 of 2021 if the employee retention credit is not extended to pay wages after June 30, 2021.
