Form 941 Form 1099 / W-2 Form 2290

Form 941, Employer’s Quarterly Tax Form, is filed by employers to report the federal income tax withheld from employees and employee and employer portions of FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes.

If you own a business that withholds federal income, Medicare, and Social Security taxes from employees’ wages, then you must file Form 941. Generally, the main purpose of filing Form 941 is to assure that employers withhold tax and pay on time.

Although Form 941 can be filed in multiple ways, the IRS recommends the e-filing of Form 941 for quick processing. You may e-file Form 941 with ExpressEfile easily by following a few simple steps.
