You can sign Form 941 by using Form 8453-EMP (an alternate to 94x Online Signature PIN). By completing 8453-EMP, you authorize ExpressEfile as an Electronic Return Originator (ERO) to e-file your 94x return on your behalf.
Either you can e-sign the auto-generated Form 8453-EMP or download, manually sign, and then upload it to our system to complete filing your Form 941 with the IRS.
While filing Form 941 or 940, you will have an option to choose how you would like to sign the return: Online signature PIN or Form 8453-EMP.
