How do I download Form 941?

You can download your Form 941 e-filed through ExpressEfile including Schedule B (Form 941) and Form 8974 if you have entered value on Schedule B or 8974 in two instances:

1. Once you transmit your 941 return to the IRS, you will have options to download Form 941 and payment voucher (if you have chosen to pay the tax due by check or money order).
   
   
2. You can always access your Form 941 from the Dashboard. Follow the simple steps below to download your Form 941:

• Sign in to your ExpressEfile account
• Navigate to Dashboard >> Form 94X >> E-Filed
• Click the download button against the return that you e-filed. You may also choose to send the form by email by clicking the Email button.

Note: Your Form 941 will be downloaded in the standard PDF format.
